This large 8 bedroom mediterranean waterfront home with private pool is one of the nicest vacation rentals in the New Braunfels/McQueeney/Seguin area. The 8th bedroom opens in February. Perfect for large groups, individuals, family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. With 6000 sq ft, this home is large and features a full range of upgrades. Features include an elevator, sub-zero refrigerator, pool table, (2) living areas, basketball court, private pool and (2) canoes. The pool is oversized to handle the large groups. The backyard is chain-link fenced for the kids and pets. Pet fee $95. The river is currently LOW as GBRA works on the dam. However, there is enough water to canoe, fish and swim. We added stairs to help access the river. The pool is oversized to accommodate large groups such as reunions and retreats. It is private and not a community pool. Pool closes November 15th and reopens March 8. The property (pool and courts) extend across the street.
