Hotel muy bonito pero el servicio de recepción mal
El hotel está súper bonito!! Me encantaron las habitaciones. Las camas muy a gusto.
La señora recepcionista tiene una forma ruda de atender o hablar. No debería de atender en recepción, ya que, pudiera ser un factor que pudiera perjudicar la visita de ese hotel.

Desde que llegamos el señor de lentes en la recepción nos recibió con pésima actitud, ni el saludo nos contestó y nos atendió de malas las 3 noches que estuvimos ahí. Las habitaciones son viejas y en malas condiciones, no son como en las fotos del hotel, los tapetes sucios y el techo en malas condiciones. Estuvimos en la suite #2 y #6, se escuchan todos los carros y camiones desde las 5:00am, no pudimos tener un descanso apropiado por el ruido extremo que se escucha de la calle. El primer día el boiler se descompuso, estuvimos un día entero sin agua caliente. El bar no está en servicio. No había plancha para la ropa. Destaco solamente la actitud del señor que se encarga de la limpieza.

Tuve una experiencia satisfactoria en mi estancia, todo funcionó correctamente, la habitación súper agradable con jacuzzi. El personal sin problema me dejó guardar mi equipaje en lo que se hacía hora del check in, la zona se siente algo insegura pero no tuve inconvenientes, tomé mis precauciones

Would not stay again.
Did not get the room I paid for. When addressed, the lady said she couldn't do anything about it. Is what it is attitude. Not exactly a welcoming side of town either.

No me gustó que está en un lugar inseguro, rodeado de indigentes y según me dijeron los conductores de uber, está ubicada en la zona roja. No me pareció que hubiéramos muchos húespedes y junto a mi habitación llegaron 3 hombres que hacían ruido, escuchaban música con volumen alto, hablaban con groserías y movían muebles. Me desperté desde las 2 am y terminaron su ruido a las 4:30. Cuando me metí a bañar no había agua caliente. Espero un reembolso.
