Excelente atención y muy bien ubicados en el corazón de Chapalita donde encuentras restaurantes de todo tipo de comida, tortas ahogadas, ideal para caminar, además aceptan mascotas lo que no solucionó el viaje.

the staff and hotel were very welcoming. room exceeded my needs. large suite with eating area, sitting area as well as a small kitchen with microwave and full size fridge. wifi was adequate as well the television. bed comfortable. many great restaurants within waling distance. check in is 3pm but I requested if 1pm was ok. no problem. I will return the next time I spend time in Guadalajara.

Estuvimos muy agusto mi esposo y yo en nuestro pequeño departamento!! La cocineta estaba equipada y pudimos hacer varias desayunos. Y nuestro principal objetivo fue visitar a mi mamá, y es que la casa hogar donde se encuentra esta a 4 cuadras.

me bien. Falto mejor atención. La comunicacion nos es fluiida del personal, por ejemplo no informan del servicio del restaurant del bar de algún recorrido en el interior. De como maniobrar la tarjeta para acceso al elevador y el cuarto asignado. Subí y baje varias veces hasta que no regrese y pregunte nuevamente pude hacerlo.

Hice mi reserva en el "HOTEL SUITES ONTERNACIONAL" y le explique que a la señorita que me tomo la reserva que llegaría a las 8:00 pm ya que viajaría en carretera de Puerto Vallarta a Guadalajara, y llego al hotel a las 9:15 pm ya que me toco mucho tráfico en la entrada a Guadalajara y me dice que ya no tengo habitación porque llegue tarde y nunca me hablaron para saber si llegaría. UNA FALTA DE RESPETO Y POCO PROFESIONALISMO PÉSIMO SERVICIO. "NO LO RECOMIENDO"
