El hotel no cantaba con aire acondicionado, solo había un ventilador en la habitación del piso 10, con el clima y el calor, estar al interior por la tarde y dormir por la noche fue un infierno.
Los empleados del hotel, son muy atentos y brindan todo el apoyo, sin embargo no pueden resolver la situación 🤷🏽♀️

NO SE QUEDEN AQUI; las camas estás atascadas de chinches. Nosotros ya estábamos acostados y comenzamos a sentir comezón y al destender ambas camas vimos muchísimas chinches. Nos cambiamos de hotel inmediatamente...es horrible. El hotel es viejo y obscuro.

CHINCHES EN CAMA!!!! A pesar de que el hotel ya es viejo la habitación no se veía del todo mal.... La sorpresa fue al dormir, comezón, piquetes y una sensación de aquí pasa algo. Al revisar vimos chinches por todos lados, sábanas, almohadas, colchón...de diferentes tamaños. No puede ser posible que un hotel no fumigue sus habitaciones. Pedimos el reembolso que por supuesto nos dieron y salimos huyendo del hotel llenos de ronchas.

Llegamos a este lugar por la cercanía al CAS ( renové visa ) está a solo dos cuadras …… estuvimos 4 noches lo que resultó toda una experiencia inolvidable , aprovechamos mi esposa y yo para caminar a los alrededores. Restaurantes por todos lados “ a tiro de piedra” …… en cuanto a la suite que nos tocó…. Wow ! En el piso 12 , vista extraordinaria y sobre todo el servicio impecable de las dos recepcionistas , Lizbeth y Paola quienes nos atendieron con profesionalismo y calidad humana .
