Facilities: The water smells like medicine, the faucet is broken, the basin does not drain smoothly, the window sound insulation is poor, and the bed sheets are old. The only good thing is that the water flow is very large and the bath is comfortable.

great hotel, good location. grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious enough. beds might be a little work (ours had a noticeable center sag) however just a minor inconvenience. This hotel is well located in that the beach and the marina are each a 10 min walk.

Lo único que recomendaría es decirle a los bell boys que no sean tan agresivos para vender tours. En cuanto llegan a recepción los están bombardeando con información y a veces hasta dando a entender que las ofertas terminan a mediodía. También hacen demasiada plática al inicio y a veces la gente no lo ve bien porque quiere llegar a descansar. Sayan la recepcionista fue excelente

Es un lugar céntrico, bien ubicado, pero se encuentra en una zona de mucho tráfico, además de haber parada de autobuses a ambos lados del edificio y esto contribuye a que haya mucho ruido de carros también. Por lo que resta esta muy bien, muy limpio y un concepto moderno en la decoración pero cálido
