Good location. Rooms are good but not perfectly done. For example, no locer in the toilet :-) no place to hang jacket at the entrance and so on

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

The staff is friendly, the location is great. However, if you are assigned a room close to the elevator, it might be too noisy.

The facilities and location are very good. The pool in the best conditions of cleanliness and temperature. I would have liked very much to be assigned a room with a view of the city, seeing the parking lot is not the best. I asked if they had a soda opener available and they told me that they would see and that they would inform me, there was never a response from the staff. Everything is fine but the service of the staff for me is not adequate, I would not return to that hotel, in price / benefit there are better options in the same area.
