Hotel Seville was a dream hotel in Edelweiss room with a wooden canopy bed and a million dollar view!
The food and service were excellent!
Parking was scarce and bringing luggage through the cobblestone streets was difficult for us! We love everything about Gruyeres!

Everything you Need in the Heart of the Old City.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Their restaurant is also exceptional. Go ahead and spring the 15 CHF for breakfast. There is no place open earlier than 8:00 am and the price is actually very reasonable.

I paid CHF 30.- for two little kids for breakfast and the owner made me pay twice for the stay and didn't refund me the right amount of money :( other than that, it was nice.

Hôtel parfaitement situé au centre de Gruyères, au calme. Chambre propre et bien chauffée ! Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons aussi mangé un soir et ce fut une belle expérience : plats bien cuisinés. A recommander !
