Nous avons organisé un séminaire de 45 personnes et avons été enchantés de cet établissement à plusieurs égards: 1. Amabilité et disponibilité de tout le staff, à tous les niveaux et même sous pression 2. Salle de conférence grande, lumineuse et bien aménagée 3. Qualité des repas et opulence de délicieux produits aux pauses et à l'apéritif 4. Excellent suivi de la logistique globale et grande flexibilité quant à nos diverses demandes Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner et à le recommander vivement.

My wife and I had the pleasure to experience a delicious cheese fondue supper at Le Saint George’s picturesque and breathtaking views from their panoramic restaurant. Alex was a very welcoming host and the staff made it a truly wonderful meal to remember forever.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Le Saint Georges for the second time during my visit last year in Gruyères, and the experience was excellent in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and we were so happy to reunite with Joulia, who has always treated us as if we were at home. Joulia and her team have always stood out for their kindness and professionalism. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who attended to us while she was taking her days off, as he was equally kind and attentive. Thank you. The hotel and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The views gave us the chance to see how the mountains went from green to being covered in snow overnight, something we had never experienced before. This second time, we were able to try the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and it was exceptional. Despite it being a very low season during these dates, you can experience a very quiet and relaxing time away from the noise of the cities. Thank you, Joulia, for your exceptional hospitality. We will never forget you.

Great nostalgic place to stay with good comfort. Friendly staff and the best Fondue. Had a very warm welcome with rooms ready and in top condition. This is a romantic hotel ideal for small groups and couples smack in the middle of medieval town of Gruyere.

Kleines und gemütliches Hotel Unser Standard Doppel Zimmer war schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hatte aber einen gewissen Charm Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück in einem gemütlichen Wintergarten. Für 1 - 2 Tage eine ideale Unterkunft

Loved staying here! Gruyère is a really nice place, small, but loads to do! Dinner at the restaurant was amazing! The best fondue ever! (They won best fondue in the world in 2023). Antoine was our waiter and even helped us practice our French!

My husband and I stopped to experience Gruyere on our drive from Interlaken to Lausanne. We hadn’t had fondue during our trip and Gruyere seemed like the right place to try it! Reviews led us to Saint Georges and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted, seated quickly, and had a lovely view from our table. Antione took very good care of us and we dined on delicious truffle fondue and rosti with bacon and, of course, cheese! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and were thanked as warmly upon leaving as we had been greeted when arriving. I absolutely recommend a stop at Saint Georges if visiting Gruyere.

We enjoyed seeing the attractions in and around gruyeres- the town was amazing- only to be outdone by Le Saint George’s - the management and staff made us feel like we were the most important guests there- wonderful breakfast and dinner-,the hotel was charming and very comfortable- we really connected with the staff…. We WILL return and WILL recommend it to friends…

Première visite à Gruyère. Le Saint George est un très bel endroit, belle terrasse panorama. Très bonne fondue sans alcool ! Merci beaucoup à Antoine pour le service, le sourire et la gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons très certainement !!!!
