Really great service!!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is perfect with the lake view. The breakfast and dinner is nice too, highly recommend the dinner, be noticed that Mon & Tue is closed for dinner.

We stopped here on a tour of the Ausseer Land. The hotel and restaurant are right on the lake. We ate in the restaurant. The choice of dishes after the usual meal time (lunch) was somewhat limited, but that did not affect the taste. The baked goods and vegetarian dishes were good.

This beautiful small hotel is located on road in Grundlsee facing the lake. They have a car park on the opposite road. We stayed in the room facing the fantastic view of the lake and therefore is very quiet and cannot hear any traffic noise. The room is spacious and is very clean. There is an outdoor terrace restaurant facing the lake where you can have breakfast, tea, drink and dinner. It is just wonderfully relaxing. There is a spa with sauna and resting chairs by the lake and you can even swim there. There is no swimming pool. The service, breakfast, dinners are excellent. There are great walks nearby and driving to other beautiful spots or lakes are very easy and quick. We really feel relaxed and happy for the whole week. Highly recommended.

素晴らしいホテルでスタッフの方々が皆んな笑顔で話をしてくれ、対応が最高！
サウナも60°と85°ともう一部屋はクロスだったが、サウナの広さ良かった！
目の前の湖畔に水浴びするのが、最高！２月に行ったが２°の水温！浸かるだけで痛く感じたが、スワン3匹が出迎えてくれた！
お部屋も清潔感あり、手作りクッキーとウェルカムメッセージも手書きで置いてあり感激した！何もかもパーフェクトだったが、日本人の観光客には、ハルシュタット湖畔より１、1キロ離れているので、一泊では、もったいないが、、行く価値あると思います。

Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Andrea at reception was very kind and answered any all questions we had. Lunch, dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. We also rented an electric boat for an hour and enjoyed a relaxing boat ride on our own. We didn’t use the outdoor deck or sauna but both of the areas looked relaxing with views of the lake. Would definitely recommend and stay here again and again.

Such a wonderful place with warm hospitality, beautiful room with a stunning view, excellent restaurant, dream breakfast and the best service. A real gem, would definitely be back for longer. Totally recommend but make sure you stay a few days to enjoy it because you will not want to leave.
