景觀很好，哈爾施塔特開車過去也要20幾分鐘，房間比宣傳圖片裏看着小點，在另一個前台，但去公共區域跟餐廳不遠。桑拿很多男士是**的，會讓人嚇一跳，晚餐服務擺餐都可以，但早晚餐味道都不行

Rustikaler Charme in einem luxuriösen Chaletdorf mit eigenem Hot-Tub und Sauna.Die Anlage sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich. Besonderen Dank an Michael für die gute Betreuung und Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten sowie an Iwona für die tolle und erlebnisreiche Kräuterwanderung.Das Wetter hat die 2 Wochen mitgespielt und Ausflugsziele/Wanderungen am Grundlsee, Altaussee und auf der Tauplitz waren ein Erlebnis.

Es war alles perfekt! Eine Anregung für die Studios: Die Badewanne auf der Terrasse gehört überdacht, damit man sie auch bei Schlechtwetter nutzen kann!! Der Rezeptionist der Chalets war sehr freundlich und lustig drauf!! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place.
