Cet hôtel à taille humaine est super ! La vue sur le lac est apaisante ! La chambre est super propre ! L'accueil est chaleureux Corinne est au top 😍 super sympa 😍 elle a un très bon relationnel elle vous raconte des anecdotes rigolotes 🤣 Le petit déj est copieux et varié toujours avec vue sur le lac Je reviendrais très volontiers Une bonne adresse à conseiller autour de vous et si vous passez dans le coin Gruissan est magique une halte s'impose 🤩

J’ai était déçu par la piscine sale et les transats en mauvaise état, je comptais profité également du spa mais vu l’état du reste j’ai même pas tenté. Le matela n’était pas confortable. Le monsieur à l’accueil était gentil merci à lui

Hello, following a four-day stay on August 15, 2024. I would like to point out that I am not a privileged person or an acquaintance. A simple, welcoming and easy-to-access hotel. A parking lot that is certainly a bit busy but that of the ****** is there. The reception staff is very professional and friendly because we extended our stay and it was done without a problem. A clean single room with a pleasant terrace. A large and simple bathroom, perfect hot water and a hair dryer that works. Air conditioning too, TV too and wifi access without worries. For breakfast, what can I say: unlimited pastries, dried fruit, cold meats (raw white ham, rosette cheese), red fruits and fromage blanc, scrambled eggs and grilled bacon. Plus lunch on the terrace facing the pond. Access to a jacuzzi, no problem. Access to the swimming pool and the bar without worries, what more could you ask for. For us, a great stay and friendly and smiling staff to help you. I'm not going to say that it's the best, but I recommend it to you without any helipad. a quick word for the reception staff, room service and breakfast staff. thank you and see you soon

We arrived at the hotel with great expectations as somewhere to start our holiday in France with a relaxing spa hotel. The pictures looked great….however they paint a very different image of this hotel. It’s really disappointing and over priced. On arrival I was very surprised to find it looked more like an American motel. The hotel itself doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, all facilities are in the ******. The room was clean but shower head wouldn’t stay up and it’s dated again nothing like the rooms shown on their website. On checking in we booked our slot for the spa when we went to reception at the allotted time we were told it wasn’t available anymore as someone had booked it privately. The receptionist was not apologetic and really couldn’t have cared. Having had this disappointment we decided to venture to the pool, again not at the hotel but outside the ******, only to find piles of animal faeces next to the pool and the sun-bed cushions were all ripped and dirty. There were children playing next to the piles of pooh. It was revolting. We eventually got to use the spa in the next morning, the steam room was not working so there was just a jacuzzi. I wouldn’t stay here again.
