房間大，有暖氣，熱水足，有自己的停車場，小哥服務好，衹會説一句英語“second”，距離大清真寺有點兒遠，需要開車，臨街的房千萬不要住，太吵了。

Замечательный отель!!! Чистота, уют!!! Номера большие, комфортные! Есть фен, телевизор, холодильник, сейф, утюг и гладильная доска в номере. Завтраки безумно вкусные, ассортимент еды шведского стола разнообразный, на любой вкус!!!! По вашему желанию вам приготовят вкусные овсянку, сырники, омлет. Порции огромные!!! Персонал приветливый!!! Расположение отеля близ центра города, необходимо просто перейти железнодорожные пути и вы уже практически возле Грозный Сити и мечети Сердце Чечни. Возле отеля есть парковка!!! Очень довольный выбором данного отеля!!!!

Уютный, чистый и теплый отель. Находится не в центре города, но это и радует. Спальный и тихий район, в 10 минутах на такси от центра и 20-30 минутах на такси от аэропорта. Комнаты просторные, но аккуратней, балконные двери с выходом на мини-площадку балкона без ограждений. Воды горячей почти нет, бойлер не справляется с наполненным отелем туристами. Лифта в здании нет, только лестница (3 этажа). Завтрак простой, но вкусный, не полноценный шведский стол. Что-то как помидоры, огурца, мандарины и т.д. на общем столе, омлет и сырники заказываете у персонала, как приходите на завтрак. Все очень вкусно.

Когда планировали поездку в Грозный с ребенком двух лет на новогодние праздники, выбрали апартаменты поближе к центру , но в последний момент хозяин отказал, и пришлось срочно искать другое жилье.Очень удачно наш выбор пал на отель Юнион. При переписке с менеджером , дочь спросила о наличии детского кресла в столовой, его там не было, но при заселении нашему малышу уже предоставили удобное кресло, купленное специально для нас.Отель расположен в частном секторе, но до центра недалеко- такси за 130 рублей до Грозный Сити или 25 минут пешком с коляской , правда кое-где приходится идти по проезжей части. Отель очень уютный, всего на 10 номеров, чистый, большие номера с окнами в пол,стильная мебель, удобные кровати, качественная сантехника, прекрасная ванная, тапки, халаты,полотенца, чайник,холодильник, ТВ, каждый день 2 бутылки воды- все есть, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Вкусный завтрак континентальный включен.Чувствуется, что хозяин ответственно заботится о своих гостях.Встречали нас очень приветливые менеджеры- Имран и Юнус. Постоянно помогали нам во всем- и советом, и с багажом и с коляской, и с такси. Чувствовали себя как дома. После знакомства с городом, возникло желание вернутся летом, а с местом проживания вопросов нет- только Юнион.
