Some of the channels didn't work. Tried to connect my Chromecast to watch movies but I couldn't. Begals had mold , bit it and had to spit it out. Gave me a stomach ache. Had to notify the front desk. The door rooms slam hard and they wake me up my whole stay. The beds where great.

It was terrible the front desk was rude the TV did not work they did not compensate us or change his rooms because of it at 10:59 they were banging on the door for us to get out

The tub was clogged the day we checked in, we let the front desk clerk know about the situation and he advised us that he will make a report to send someone the next day to check it out. When we got back the next day nothing was done and it was still clogged. We let Front desk clerk Jasem know and he said someone did check it. This morning when we checked out the other clerk Danna said they never made a report to go check the room out.. overall there was no solution. And the tub stayed clogged. Very unhappy with my stay and will never stay there again.
