Joli cadre mais hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu. C’est dommage. Chambre moyennement propre, cuvette wc cassée, frigidaire en panne malgré une forte chaleur et aucune intervention malgré nos demandes, la robinetterie fuit. La piscine non remplie au 18 juin. Mobilier de jardin ordinaire et sale. La nourriture n’est pas bonne et le service expéditif ! Décevant.

Albergo datato ma parzialmente ristrutturato con parco e piscina. Andrebbe manutentato meglio per quanto concerne l'area del deposito dei rifiuti, un poco trascurata. Le camere sono discrete, nota negativa e che i sanitari hanno i rubinetti in stile vintage ( freddo e caldo separati ) e privi di miscelatori. La cabina doccia ha ancora la tenda, cosa che considero molto antigienica; inoltre il soffione era incrostato di calcare e manca una mensola per appoggiare il docciaschiuma. La cucina del ristorante non è niente di eccezionale comunque sufficiente, così dicasi anche la colazione del mattino. L'ingresso è un poco nascosto e non ben indicato da cartelli. A capodanno nel locale ristorante c'era un gruppo di commensali che fumavano delle sigarette elettroniche anche in presenza di bambini, ma non è vietato?

Viaggio di gruppo per Capodanno 2025. Entrati nella sala mancano i posti per 6 persone. Facciamo presente la situazione al personale di sala, molto scortese, che ci risponde che i posti ci sono e ci dobbiamo arrangiare. Dopo ripetute lamentele si decidono ad aggiungere un tavolino e ci possiamo sedere stipati come acciughe. Da evitare assolutamente

Bien mais pas exceptionnel
Hôtel avec un cadre très agréable et personnel aux petits soins. Malheureusement certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur. Chambre vieillotte qui mériterait un sacré coup de pinceau! Il manquait même une ampoule sur l'une des lampes à la tête du lit ce qui est très dangereux. Piscine fermée fin mai avec une température de 31°. Dommage...
En revanche, point positif : j'avais un avion un peu tôt le personnel a fait le maximum pour que je puisse me greffer sur le petit-déjeuner d'un groupe présent dans l'hôtel.

Nice grounds and building, but needs work
The hotel itself is nice and looks like it’s had some updating but not to a very good standard. Still lots of finishing touches to be done. We turned up for breakfast at 9 am and everything was gone even though they serve until 9.30am and we had to ask for some food and bowls etc then had to sit at a dirty table even though we were paying customers. Some Staff (not all) just didn’t care. You definitely need a car here, the taxi booked by the hotel to the airport was very expensive at 60 euros and only took 15 mins, that was to the closest airport I feel we got ripped off. So not happy about that. Would not return.

One night stay
We stayed for one night prior to our flights home. We chose the hotel because of it's relative proximity to Ciampino Airport.
We had spent a few days in the middle of Rome and it was nice to get out into the hills surrounding the city. The area around the hotel is mainly residential, but it's a pleasant area.
We walked up from Frascati Station which I wouldn't recommend, and the hotel do offer a shuttle service to and from the station.
The hotel was bigger than we were expecting and has lots of outside space.
We didn't eat at the on site restaurant but wandered down the road to a local restaurant which offered some very nice Italian food, as you'd expect. We did have a drink when we got back to the hotel and they are reasonably priced.
The only downsides to our stay were firstly the air conditioning wasn't great in our room, and I woke up at 2am feeling a bit clammy. Only by opening the windows and racking up the air con were we able to get the temperature down. Secondly, we ordered a taxi to the airport via the front desk as it was quite an early flight. The taxi was nearly $10 more expensive than if we'd ordered one from the middle of Rome despite the hotel being only 5 miles from the airport.
Overall, I'd fully recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a trip to Rome but wants to get away from the hurly burly of the city at the end of the day.
