This is a nice, clean place run by nice, effective people. For a big plus, eat at the restaurant too. Some of the best Indian food that we have had in quite some time.

We had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this hotel. Were just passing through so did not have a chance to vet it properly. The facility is dingy which, in and of itself, is not intolerable but the whole hotel and our room smelled awful. We had several individuals outside of our window that were playing loud music and partying at 1 in the morning and that went on for an hour. It was too late to leave so we asked for a discount on the room. Front desk clerk said that we would get a partial refund but that never happened. Lack of integrity on top of the other items gets this hotel an F grade from us.

Great location, close to Mystic Seaport and the aquarium but also New London. The staff and front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to family and friends. They were also very good at ensuring the security of the guests and their rooms.

This place smelled so bad (multiple terrible smells), with such a disgusting pool (cesspool) that we did not even stay for the second night, actually want to ask for a refund. It felt somewhat unsafe secondary to the location.

IT WAS VERY NICE AND CONVENIENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, THEY NEED TO ADD ORIGINAL OATMEAL WITH THE FIXINS.

Quick check in & out. Room was clean & everything worked. Pool is small more for kids than adults. No towels in pool area had to go find them in store room. Besides that it wasn’t a bad stay.
