We had a Nice room though I noted a couple maintenance items to the front desk. M Club breakfast was seriously lacking in variety. Front desk staff on arrival had a sour personality. Good location but not a shining example of a Marriott hotel.

When we checked in, the noise was unbearable outside our window from an occasion. We switched rooms and things were better. After dinner out, we came back to hotel and sat at the bar. Lauren was the bartender. She was so nice and spot on with the service!! She has a great personality the whole time through. Definitely worth coming back to see her!!

I made the mistake of booking this hotel before reading the reviews on here. It lived up to the awful reviews, that's for sure. Our towels had brown stains and smelled like coffee. After midnight when pulling down the covers to go to sleep, blood stains and hairs on the sheets. The pool was murky, bandaids and hairs floating around. not to mention crazy busy with only a smattering of chairs for guests. Stay away from this place unless you are a glutton for punishment.

It is a 285 rooms , located on water front, nice hotel. Fatima made our check-in experience pleasant. We were here for a family wedding event. Hotel is huge and staff is helping. Bathrooms are well designed. Adequate free parking. Two observations: The air conditioning in our room was noisy. In several rooms the mattresses are no longer firm. I think those are dated and need to be changed. Not of Marriott or Westin standard.

Really nice Marriott hotel in Mystic. In December, their lounge was closed which is a real bummer for Platinum members, but they do offer complimentary breakfast which is a nice perk and the breakfast was delicious. The location is not walkable to the touristy downtown area of Mystic which is the only downside to the location.

Room smelled like an animal, no room change after I requested one, urine on the floor in the bathroom that I only noticed once my daughter and I already stepped in it with bare feet, not enough amenities (ie no spare bathroom paper roll, shower cap), no-one answering the service phone, rude front desk service from a couple employees (not all), too expensive for for the quality of care and service.

The hotel was basically fine, but I think I expect a little more attention to detail from a large fairly pricey Marriott. I did not use the spa so I can't comment on that. My room was a good size with a modern decent sized bathroom. However, housekeeping aspects weird. The little old-fashioned coffeemaker in my room was totally broken and didn't turn on. When I contacted them they did send another one up. However, coffeemaker you'd expect in Motel 6 and made awful coffee and only provided one minute creamer. Large tissue box in bathroom, but only one tissue in it. Low cost motels along the road are fine and fill an important need, but when you pay for a Marriott and get Motel 6 service it's frustrating.
