We spend the weekend to visit Mystic with our children and 2 dogs. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Adequate continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. My youngest used the pool. It was clean, plenty of towels available. Fantastic location.

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn’s (besides other brands), and this one was just okay. The breakfast was okay. The room was okay but nothing making it pop! We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. When I asked about some places to eat, they gave me a list of local restaurants. Most were closed on Sundays or Sunday nights. So I told the desk clerk that we couldn’t find anything open so we were going for pizza. Right next door (that we could have walked to) was an Applebee’s. Why he didn’t mention that I don’t know.

My husband, two teenagers and I stayed here two nights to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. It was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room 418 which was spacious for the four of us and very clean. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was spacious as well. We only spent about 20 minutes in the pool because the water was freezing. The breakfast was good, the attendants were very helpful and frequently replenished the food. We did have an issue with the shower handle and Jose at the front desk tried to fix it himself but couldn't so he placed a work order with maintenance. We were compensated for the inconvenience by Maya the front desk manager. Downtown Mystic was only 10 minutes away while a handful of fast food restaurants were only minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute stay after leaving a disappointing hotel from another chain. Was greeted as Gold members with a snackbag and waters. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate for the class of hotel. Did not get a chance to use the gym or pool. Rates a bit higher than some other Hampton Inns, but we were also there on a holiday weekend. Not the most modern, but clean and kept up well.

2 adults and a teenager needed a room for the night before camp starting the next day. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Kid slept on couch, said it was OK. Basic, nothing special. Coffee at the morning breakfast bar was meh. Overall - overpriced (like most hotels in the area). Not as nice as other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.

When I first got in the room it smelt really weird and there were stains on both beds. The pillows were nice and cold and everyone loves that so that was nice. The breakfast was not bad but it was not the best it was probably a good average breakfast the waffle maker was nice and I really liked the hash browns. The place to get the breakfast was really small but good enough for at least 12 or 11 people at a time. Overall I give the breakfast a 6.5/10. The pool was cold like all pools. Also there were green looking things floating in the pool and it looked like mold. There was mold on the stairs of the pool. The shower gets really hot and it has a good amount of space to wash up. I like how they give shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash, body soap, hand soap, body lotion, and cups also if you forget to bring a toothbrush they can give it to you at the counter. Overall I give my stay a 7.5/10 Thank you for reading

Stayed here for 3 nights while sightseeing in the area. It is right up the street from the submarine base and just off the highway. Staff was nice and the included breakfast was good they had some omelets along with waffle maker and eggs. The room was fine, I was in the back of the hotel so away from the road noise. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This Hampton Inn was in a great location for our plans and had easy access to shopping close by. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. All our expectations were met. We would stay here again.

We stayed here as a family and got two rooms. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable. Our only problem was that the rooms were supposed to be a joining. They did not honor our advance request for this. Otherwise things went well and the typical decent hampton breakfast was received. Good location close to the coast guard academy and close to mystic.
