Large complex with different apartments/studio’s. It was nice that some of the parking spaces were roofed. Studio itself was clean, everything you needed was there. Staff was friendly. A few things that we didn’t like: we were in the annex building and the terraces there are interlinked, the fridge and airco made a lot of noise, the pool area at the main building was quite small (there are 2 other pools on walking distance that we didn’t use)

I strongly recommend this establishment, set in the countryside near Grospierres in the Ardeche, France. The whole establishment was extremely well appointed and maintained and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and only too happy to help! The food provided at breakfast and dinner were excellent with a large choice. In addition, the fact that breakfast was available till 13:00 with the ability to make up your own 'picnic' lunch from what was available at the breakfast was a plus! Plenty to see and visit within easy reach - the Gorges d'Ardeche, Montelimar (the home of nougat) and Avignon to name but a few. I would have no hesitation in visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the two ladies at the desk gave us a room with a lovely view of the valley. Another person at the hotel welcomed us in English. I think his name was Kanoon. He was very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the view. The hotel has a delicious buffet for dinner. We really enjoyed that meal. The kitchen is as well equipped as an Air B and B. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there and drinking some local Ardèche vintages.

(Xavier) je commence évidemment par la belle et trop gentille Emma de la réservation en passant par la réception elle a été trop gentille donc sourire est un rayon de soleil qu'il faut garder. Mention spéciale aussi a tom Cruise le roi des cocktails qui fait partie d'une équipe super sympa. Ensuite les critiques c'est toujours facile en effet l'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation intérieure extérieur, très difficile de ce connecter a la wifi , piscine assez petite heureusement qu'il y a accès a pierre et vacances. Nous avons passé un bon séjour merci ♥️

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille en formule All inclusive ( 8 personnes ) du 20 au 22/06 dans ce magnifique établissement à l'architecture hors du commun, entouré de verdure où tout est propice au repos et à la détente. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, le personnel est très agréable, avec une mention particulière pour Alban, le barman, très sympa, patient, et toujours dispo.

Séjour de 2 nuits et heureusement pas plus ! - dans les toilettes de la chambre : odeur de pissotiere publique ! Une infection. La brosse des toilettes était pleine de dejections. Sur les murs il y avait plein de traces de coulures et de tâche (dejections, règles, urine) - pas d'eclairage sur la terrasse du bar - pour trouver la piscine : aucun panneau pour nous repérer, il faut marcher sur la route sans trottoir ou autre, chemin sans aucun intérêt. - les repas sont fades et pas bons - les draps étaient troués Par contre les chambres sont grandes et la literie est bonne

Weekend agréable dans un domaine arboré. Restauration de bonne qualité. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace aquatique de Pierre et Vacances malgré qu'il soit un peu éloigné de l'hôtel. Chambre avec terrasse agréable. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner très bientôt en famille.

Réservation faite sur le site SOWELL séduite par les photos du "superbe espace aquatique de 650 m2 avec 4 piscines (environ 10 mn à pieds)" et la formule "all inclusive". Arrivés à l'hôtel, le bâtiment est assez austère, nous posons nos valises et partons à la découverte de la magnifique piscine ! Les piscines (2 sur un site et 2 sur un autre) sont vraiment à 10 mn à pieds de l'hôtel, jusque là rien de gênant, mais le parcours pour y accéder consiste à arpenter des parkings et une route, certes peu fréquentée, mais donc rien d'idyllique pour un décor de vacances. Arrivés aux 2 premières piscines, après 10 mn de marche en plein soleil à 35°C, nous souhaitons nous désaltérer. Et là ... On découvre que la formule all inclusive ne fonctionne pas ! Si vous voulez siroter un verre sur votre transat : il faudra rester à l'hôtel sur l'espace minimaliste du minuscule bassin. Ayant choisi cet établissement pour l'espace aquatique et le "all inclusive" dans un objectif de farniente ... notre déception est totale. Pour le reste, les chambres sont correctes si vous n'êtes pas pointilleux (baignoires et joints fatigués), restauration correcte, mais la aussi l'espace ne fait pas rêver, si vous aimez manger en terrasse, ce sera difficile. Bref, pour une 1ère expérience ... je ne suis pas motivée à la renouveler.
