Really could not fault the Bodyholiday in any way ( ….. other than the time goes too quickly there !) For us - it was perfect - the location, staff and facilities were amazing ! Food was stunning ! Well worth it - great value - I can understand why for most people it wasn’t their first time there !

AMAZINGGGGGGG is all I can say. The resort is beautiful. The staff is amazing. Concierge service at its finest, but honorable mention to Wendell who always went above and beyond. Some of the best resort food I’ve had with options for everyone. Daily massage treatments included with your stay. Yes I said DAILY!!!!! Runnnn and book it now. Absolutely amazing.

Elegant is the word I’ve used several times in telling everyone about this wonderful resort. It is an all inclusive spa resort on the beautiful island of San Lucia in the lower Caribbean (near Martinique) that caters to the discerning health minded client but it isn’t stuffy, pretentious or obsequious. Included in your daily rate are one spa service, unlimited fitness classes, food and all beverages and it was more than I could have expected. The rooms were clean and bright (we had a lovely view of the beach and water): the food was marvelous and my daughter and I tried our best so work our way through the hefty cocktail menu. There were far too many activities offered for us to try them all but we did our best to get a taste of the various fitness classes available. Many people return to this resort year after year and I can understand why. The value is immense-I only wish it was easier for us to get to (we live in Los Angeles and there are no direct flights.)

What a holiday and so pleased that in the months of June and July our children (aged over 12) could come and join us. So many different activities to do during the day, if you wanted to. A lovely daily spa treatment with unlimited use of the thalasso pool and infrared room on top, as well as delicious food and great water activities to choose from! The staff were attentive and dedicated to their jobs. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect mother/daughter trip (daughter is 19). Life is so busy between me working full-time and my daughter going to college full-time plus working. This trip was the perfect trip for us to spend quality time together while also improving our mental & physical health. We have traveled globally and have never been to a resort that is truly focused on your physical and mental health. The daily spa treatments are amazing, the food options allow you to eat healthy and create new habits and the exercise options have classes available for everyone. We plan to make this a yearly trip as it truly gave us both a reset to live a healthier lifestyle and this resort was perfect for providing the guidance and motivation.

Great vacation! If you want to stay busy you can, but you can also just completely relax! Or a combination of both! So many classes to choose from. Everything from yoga and stretching to challenging workouts. Staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. Facility and rooms are kept beautiful and clean. Delicious food and drinks with many options to choose from. Highly recommend for your next vacation!

The Body Holiday is a beautiful resort that afforded my wife and I with the opportunity be as active, or as relaxed as we wanted to be. Their fun and challenging activities, combined with the wonderful spa treatments lived up to their invitation to "Give us your body and we will give you back your mind." The staff was impressively in sync in their hospitality, and overall excellent service. The food is too notch and abundant. I need to give a special shout out to the team responsible for maintaining the resorts various amenities that ensured our comfortable stay. The golf teaching pro was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. The D.J. knew how to keep a party going that allowed for people to cut loose and/or simply enjoy a beautiful sunset cruise. Thank you, Body Holiday for giving us memories that will last a lifetime and a place we will definitely come back to for future vacations!

Any resort can be set in a beautiful location and have great food, which BodyHoliday certainly has, however, what sets it apart is the fabulous staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful making you feel very comfortable. The spa treatments are varied and luscious! So many activities, we sang at the piano bar, did aqua fit, stretch classes and heard a lecture from an Olympic champion and that’s just a small sampling of things to do. Because the staff is so friendly, the guests are as well, making it an all around wonderful experience. Hoping to return next year!
