Bijzondere prettig contact met de receptionistes, zeer attent, meedenkend en snelle reacties o.a. per email. Kamer en bed uitstekend alleen kan het aan de zijde van het terras wat rumoerig zijn. Kamers aan de tuinzijde zijn rustiger. Bodega restaurant, keuken en bediening uitstekend. Na wat botte ervaringen met bot personeel in de Randstad is dit een verademing.

Wat een geweldige ervaring. Prachtige kamer. Zalig bed. Mooie locatie. Super vriendelijk personeel. Alles met een grote glimlach en ook tijd voor een praatje. Fine dining erbij: fantastisch ! GENIETEN. Auto vlakbij geparkeerd ( forum parkeergarage ) ,onze fietsen veilig bij het hotel aan achterkant geparkeerd. Tot in de puntjes alles verzorgd.

We chose Groningen as our central location to enjoy the fantastic cycle routes in the North Holland . The hotel has a fantastic service and offers all the amenities for free including the minibar on a daily basis . We enjoyed the car valet service. Looking forward to our next stay with you .

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The high point is the staff, so warm friendly and helpful. A particular mention to the wonderful lady who organises the breakfast, She is a star. The kitchen staff accommodating the special diet restrictions for my wife. She really enjoyed the stay knowing that the team were taking good care with her food preparation. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Als regelmatige bezoeker was ook dit verblijf weer in een woord fantastisch. De sfeer in het hotel, de comfortabele kamer, en bovenal het personeel van receptie tot housekeeping geeft je een zeer warm welkom. Tot slot dineren in Nassau is een feestje op zich.

In één woord: WAUW. (Punt). Maar dit is te kort voor een recensie dus dan zeg erbij dat de kamer perfect was, het personeel top en het ontbijt fantastisch. De locatie is subliem (met 1 minuut lopen zit je in het centrum) met een parkeergarage op drie minuten lopen.

Fantastisch verblijf, mooie rustige kamer in het centrum, unieke omgeving! Mooi uitzicht op de binnentuin. Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Puur genieten! Top ontbijt! Restaurant Nassau was gesloten in die periode! Lekker gegeten in de Brasserie Prinsenhof.

Prachtig en rustig gelegen hotel, maar toch vlak in het centrum. Zeer attent personeel. De brasserie was top. (Restaurant Nassau was tijdelijk gesloten). Prima ontbijt. De juniorsuite was zeer ruim en mooi. Juist de afzuiging maakte veel lawaai omdat we een open badkamer hadden.
