Many things were bad … came to the room it was so dirty and then I asked to clean it and they just came and removed some plastic remaining from previous customers.
At 9 am I was so afraid when the drilling machine start to core from above and it was so noisy I thought the ceiling will fall down and it continued till almost 12 check out time.
The house keeping came like 5 times knocking sooo hardly on the door like an emergency to say that they want to work.
It was like horror movie in the morning, and also at night you can feel the steps and strong doors closing from other rooms.
Totally was so bad and I don’t advice ppl to come at all

room was on nting5th floor, unfortunatly a studentfest was going on for a view days, but oke. 1 evening had my dinner (mixxed gril) in the hotel, and the spare ribs were sour, and i send it back to the kitchen, they asked if i would like to have something else, and offered a beer, but the meet was dissapointing

Ten eerste het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter de staat van de kamers was ronduit slecht. Ik had een kamer met werkplek, waar je dus extra voor betaald. Echter was de lamp kapot. Ik kon gelukkig van kamer verhuizen, daar bleek het slot kappot. Deur ging niet meer open met het pasje. Na weer een verhuizing, nu in een kamer met een lamp die het wel deed, en die ik kon openen met de sleutel. Echter nu zonder slopen om de kussens, en het de deur kon niet opslot. Het was geen probleem om een paar kussenslopen te scoren. Maar onderhoud is een ondergeschoven kindje in dit hotel. Tevens schoonmaken mag beter. Een hoop stof onder bed bijvoorbeeld.

Price/Quality is excellent. Staff is very helpful, thanks Rebecca, Jeffrey and Damien! Room quiet and food nice. Electric charger for car available. Parking space available and short drive to center Groningen. Second time I checked in they remembered me..

Bed te zacht kussens te zacht wc leek wel kinderwc helaas geen bad ramen konden niet open verwarming kan je niet bedienen en airco gaat niet lager dan 18 ( ja voor ons was dat te warm) vloerverwarming stond ook 24/7 aan en was ook te heet personeel was wel zeer vriendelijk

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist im ersten Moment nicht so toll, denn das Hotel ist im Industriegebiet. Aber die Bushaltestelle ist in 1 Minute erreichbar und man ist in 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Es ist sehr angenehm, da es sehr ruhig ist und Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür verfügbar sind. Daher kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Frühstück war auch ausreichend und sehr gut.
