All the staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. Got upgraded to an apartment which was really suitable for a family or group of 5. Unfortunately, this apartment though we'll equipped, didn't come with much of a view. Really convenient as the train station is just 200m from the hotel. The restaurant served a lovely dinner.

Very convenient hotel with very nice view. It also closed to the supermarket (just 5 mins walk) .Highly recommended.

The thief in this hotel is so scary! He was very deliberate in stealing things and it was hard to detect. He took a lot of my new branded things during breakfast. He took some pounds and euros from my wallet. He didn't take the Swiss currency, so I didn't realize my things were missing until 2 days later! Including Chanel jewelry and Dior and all kinds of things.

The soundproofing is basically zero. It's so noisy. I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise in the corridor at night. Secondly, when I checked in, other people's luggage was still in the room. After double checking in, they didn't say anything. They told me that it was like that. It's out of the question.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous. The view from the balcony of the room is excellent. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal that day. There were not many breakfast options, but the taste was acceptable. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.
