A Lovely Stay
The stay was lovely with easy self check-in process. It was easy to find the property and everything was clean. The views were stunning and the hot tub was great!

Leuk verblijf.
Mooie lokatie. Ruimte in de guesthouse is eerder klein, maar voldoende.
Goed afgelegen en weinig lichtvervuiling. Ideaal om noorderlicht te kunnen zien.
Whirlpool niet gebruikt.

Loved staying at Sula Guesthouse! Everything was easy to find and such a quiet area. The only small things I would criticize is that the hot tub was not filled/working when we stayed and there is no blind or window covering on the front door (stayed when the sun did not set). Other than that - totally awesome.

Comm was great until we arrived. Hot tub was unusable (no power & dirty), door was unlocked and could not be locked. Unable to contact owner upon arrival. All else made for an enjoyable stay; beautiful, clean property in a convenient location with easy access to area points of interest.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Sula Guesthouse am Golden Circle. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch & moderen eingerichtet, mit einer Küchenzeile, Esstisch, Badezimmer und einer Sofa-/ TV- Ecke. In unserem Häuschen war das Bett/ Hochbett über dem Sofabereich, was wir sehr cool fanden. Das highlight Ist natürliche der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, mit einem mega Ausblick in die fanatische Landschaft Islands. Dieser wurde täglich genutzt. Sula Guesthouse hat einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten am Golden Circle (Gullfoss, Pingvellir, Geysir, kerio, Reittouren, etc.). Wir habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Im gesamten hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das Guesthouse etwas sauberer ist. Die Küchenzeile und vor allem die Dusche waren nicht gerade sauber. Auch einige Möbel, Stühle, Türgriffe, etc., müssten erneuert oder repariert werden. Aufgrund der 2 oben genannten Punkte konnten wir in der gesamten Bewertung leider nicht volle Punktzahl geben.

Property has potential but ownership needs to care. Many small maintenance items are undone. The blind for one window was missing and when we called we were told sorry but nothing we can do. Pictures are of a larger place than what we got. The pictures show a separate bedroom but what we got was a studio with a cramped loft. When we called no response. Dirtiest of the 8 places we stayed in Iceland. Cat hair on the chairs.

We booked this room because other hotels were fully booked. When I booked the room and those photos for the room were beautiful,nice and clean.After I arrived there it was so horrible.Everything doesn’t match with the photo at all. I won’t recommend anyone wasted money in Sula guesthouse.Also I tried to call the property manager to swap room.He can’t speak any English and he said will call me back.But I was waiting for the whole night no one get me back.Also the bathroom was so dirty and unclean. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
