Premier Inn Grimsby

excellent service from Jamie in the restaurant, he went through and explained the meal deal to us in detail and even though he was what seemed to be on his own nothing was too much trouble for him and he still managed to take time to chat to every guest. The food was lovely and hotel room was nice and good value for money. When we checked in demi was on reception and basically made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

OMG it absolutely stinks!!! Never staying here again. Fish factory across the road. Room needed TLC but the smell from outside was unreal.

Had a great room, very spacious. Food deal is good value and food was excellent both in the evening and breakfast.

The hotel needs a bit of work doing to it, no air con and the rooms get hot but there was a fan in the room when I arrived which helped quite a bit. The staff are wonderful, I was staying alone and as an woman I still get a bit wary of staying in hotels but Teigan who checked me in was so chatty and cheerful it really put me at ease. She recommended where to go for dinner and things to do in the area while I was there and even sorted me out with taxis and made sure I had the hotel front desk number in case I couldn’t find a taxi back, asking me about my night and really going above and beyond to make sure I had a good weekend. Demi checked me out and she was another one who was really happy and lovely to talk to, and I can’t remember the second young girls name that was there when I checked out but really all of the people that work there are a credit to the company and they really made my weekend. I can’t wait to come back again!!

Have stayed with Premier Inn many times over the years and must say that Grimsby is the worst one. Luke warm welcome, no staff available when needed. Room too hot, comfy bed but bricks for pillows. Rooms are clean. Didn’t enjoy the restaurant, food not as we ordered, service not good at all. Bring back Brewers Fayre!

Staff very helpful & knowledgeable on the area. comfortable & warm stay. Meal deal good value for money. Convenient for many attractions. Katelyn was great. Not sure about car park have reservations. Plenty of space. Prefer the older premier inns.

Lovely nights sleep, lovely staff as always. Lovely breakfast and service by Jannine as always. The food was good. Nice and quiet as now only premier inn customers allowed to eat in. Going to have a lovely upgrade and looking forward to seen g all the new changes over the next year. This is our go to when visiting Grimsby as so convenient to where we visit.

Have stayed here a few times and on this occasion for the armed forces weekend. As before nothing to complain about service very good. Only thing this time the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door we were told was going to be demolished sometime in the future. They are only allowing P - INN guests in now so could be soon . That leaves a problem of finding somewhere to eat out as the location is on the edge of town
