Sehr gemütliches und kleines Hotel, direkt gegenüber den Gondeln für beide Skigebiete Grimentz und Zinal. Die Talabfahrt endet auch gleich beim Hotel. Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in einem Doppelzimmer superior mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön, die Betten wunderbar weich. Wir haben mit Halbpension gebucht, was wir wirklich empfehlen können. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht, daher können wir den auch nicht bewerten. Beim nächsten mal würden wir aber ein Zimmer nach hintenraus buchen. Die Terrasse unterhalb des Balkons war am Abend gut besucht und daher auch lärmig bis spät in die Nacht. Wir schlafen gerne mit geöffnetem Fenster, daher war es schon etwas störend. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man aber nichts.

Top Hotel unmittelbar neben dem lift der zwei skigebiete grimentz und zinal. Sauna, Aussen-Wirlpool, Tiefgarage, Balkon zu jedem Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

J'ai déjà séjourné l'an dernier deux nuits. C'était bien. Maintenant six nuits. Excellente demi-pension à 38 CHF de supplément pour le souper. Ris de veau, fondue Alpina avec 230 gr de viande, cinq sauces, frites. Un délice , également le crémeux risotto aux champignons frais, pas du bocal ! Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre. Merci aux gérants, chefs et sa brigade.

Alors j'y suis allé en client extérieur pour prendre un petit déjeuner et non pour y séjourner, ayant vu que des personnes en tenue de chantier en sortait de bonne heure et devaient y avoir pris un café, ce qui est plutot bon signe quand des locaux en sont clients alors que c'est un hotel d'une certaine classe Très bon accueil, prix tout a fait correct, et la qualité des produits, pain tresse, brioche etc était excellente ! Cela donne envie d'y séjourner du coup !

Poor quality hotel charging premium prices.
As soon as we arrived, the receptionist looked like she did not want to be there. We had booked a place in the Spa and she did not provided the towels and robes, etc before going up to the room so we had to get dressed again and come to ask for the towels. There was no help in directing us to our room. As soon as we got to the spa, there was an employee on the adjacent room staff room and she was angry that we (by mistake) entered the staff area. As soon as we go to the spa, the floor was quite dirty with and towels strung around on the floor. It looked like no staff had been there to tidy up for a long time. This is not exactly what I was expecting for the price we paid. I will most certainly will not return to this hotel that charges you premium price for a poor quality service.
