Serious hygiene issues. The room was dirty, the bed had blood stains and lice. There was only one employee at the front desk all day, and the hotel did not take the problem seriously at all. The service was poor. There was a power outage when I checked in, and the elevator door could not be opened all night.

Das Hotel in Port Grimaud hat eine exzellente Lage mit Blick auf die Wasserkanäle ,den Blick auf Yachten und hübsche Häuschen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten bestückt.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with Le Suffren Hotel! The level of customer service provided by the entire team was truly exceptional, and I want to especially highlight the outstanding contribution of Celine. She is undoubtedly the finest representatives of hospitality I've ever met. She greeted us ALWAYS with a smile and willingness to help and provide us with comfort and kindness. Her genuine kindness and attentiveness really made our stay feel unique. The hotel itself is pristine and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. A wonderful room, very modern and with delightful taste; Breathtaking views of the picturesque canal and marina; parking availability; right in the centre of the Port and also this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Cote d'Azur region. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay! Also their kind support didn’t end once we checked out, I contacted Celine after for some further help and she helped me in everything I needed. Thanks again Celine for this 5 star hotel service! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Le Suffren for making our holiday so remarkable. We will definitely be back!
