We travel a lot as a family and we never had an experience like this before. We were there for the fourth time. This time we booked through Maeva for the first time. What an horrific experience. The kids room was full of black mold. We pointed it out, only to be told that they knew, but it should be not harmful. Obviously, we could no longer use the room. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The kettle and the pans were dirty as well. The air conditioning was broken at 40 °C. We bought two fans at our own expense. The wall almost collapsed. The apartment should never have been rented out. Maeva only told us that they knew it was in need of renovation, but that this was not their responsibility, because they are only the broker. We have tried to contact Maeva several times. Apart from being told that the mold was not harmful, we were unable to achieve anything. We then left a few days earlier. This was the most unbelievable experience we have had in all our years travelling with our family and also by far the worst experience in the south of France. Therefore an absolute: never book through Maeva. The pictures speak for themselves

La résidence des "Restanques du golfe de St Tropez" se trouve dans un parc sur les coteaux de Grimaud qui est magnifique : la nature y est omniprésente. Se promener dans le parc est déja en soi, une activité très agréable. En choisissant des logements tout en haut du parc (les batiments "Lilas" ou "Roses" par exemple), a vue sur le golfe de St Tropez est magnifique. Parking facile. Les appartements sont plutot spacieux, décorés à la provençale et propres. L'accueil est bon. C'est une destination parfaite hors période scolaire (la circulation sinon est très difficile autour du golfe.)

Très bon accueil de la part du personnel, et aussi du gardien a l'entrée. Personnel sympathique et souriant . Dommage que le personnel de la supérette soit tout le temps sur son téléphone quand il y a des clients dans la supérette. Le domaine est très jolie, et grand, possibilité de se balader dans le domaine a pied et de faire une très jolie balade autour du lac. Il y a deux piscines , une plus grande avec des toboggans, celle-ci été fermer pendant mon séjour. Une plus petite, mais qui permet un moment agréable. Le logement est top, la salle de bain un peu petite, on peut vite se sentir enfermé dedans. La vue sur le golfe de St Tropez est magnifique. La terrasse est très belle. Il y a sufissament de vaisselle. Effectivement il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais c'est préciser sur le site donc pas de surprise . Des ventilateurs sont a dispositions dans les logements si besoin. Pas trop de vis a vis au niveau des logements tout en haut du domaine. Les chemins piétonniers du domaine comporte beaucoup de marche.

Hébergement très correct. Il manque cependant un peu de signalétique dans la résidence pour trouver l'accueil. Les places de parking ne sont pas toujours disponibles en soirée. Il serait souhaitable de trouver dans ce grand parking, des bornes de recharge...

Villaggio enorme, molto bello e caratteristico, immerso nel verde con le abitazioni in stile provenzale. Noi eravamo in un appartamento adatto a una famiglia con 2 bambini, terrazza con meravigliosa vista sul mare, al tramonto il sole illumina Saint Tropez, un vero spettacolo da vedere mentre si cena. Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, Consigliato alle famiglie con bambini o ragazzini

Le logement rien à redire mais les animations quelle déception ! Il y a quelques années on avait de l’ambiance, des spectacles et de l’animation le soir mais maintenant ce n’est pas terrible. Les centres Pierre et Vacances baissent en qualité sur cette prestation. Que des activités sportives la journée et c’est tout. Franchement c’est décevant je n’y reviendrai plus et je ne ferai pas de publicité.

Une catastrophe…. Chambre de 30m2 sans climatisation… avec des ventilateurs ultra bruyant. Un potentiel très très très mal exploité. Besoin d’un rafraîchissement urgent!!!!! Je regrette d’avoir payer pour un séjour dans cette établissement. Une vue sur le golf de saint tropez n’est pas méritée pour l’établissement. C’est comme aller au ski l’hiver et ne pas avoir le chauffage. Inadmissible

Il est bon de préciser aux vue des avis ci dessous que les Restanques ne sont plus un Village géré par Pierres et Vacances, c'est une résidence privée gérée par les propriétaires. P&V exploite toujours des logements et un restaurant mais c'est tout. Vous disposez de 2 piscines dont l'une est la plus belle du secteur. 3 en comptant celle des maisons. Un parc magnifique. Une diversité de logements du plus petit non rénové au climatisé rénové, en passant par de grandes maisons luxueuses pour certaines. Des animations nuit et jour, ce n'est pas le lieu.

Je suis en phase avec les derniers avis, nous fréquentons cet endroit depuis 10 ans, le site est magnifique mais nous sommes hyper déçus cette année, le cabanon est fermé, les animations sont peu nombreuses et toujours les mêmes d une semaine à autre, les cours de sport le matin sont en plein soleil, et durent 15 min car peu de vacanciers y viennent, le snack de la piscine ferme à 17h, la carte hyper réduite et les prix ont flambés. Si vous êtes habitué de ce lieu vous serez vraiment déçus car la qualité de ce lieu se dégrade. Dommage
