I booked a room for 4 people, and the hotel provided me with a barrier-free room and asked me to pull out the bed myself to prepare a bed for 4 people. This was not what I imagined and it didn't feel very good.

The hotel belongs to the typical Holiday Park. There is a public kitchen, bathroom and shower room. It is a bit cold in winter, but the heating is very good. After the quilt is there, the clerk is now letting us take it. The hygiene can only be said to be acceptable. It’s not very convenient to get the door, but there are children playing, and the children are happy.

It’s an older hotel that has been nicely renovated in the rooms, however, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use a little more cleaning. The balconies are also shared with the room next to you and on hot days like we had it only had a fan, and no AC. So I had to open the door all night, even though we shared a balcony. My wife was not so happy about that.

Hotel location is good, just in the center of the town, shopping, eating is more convenient, because we watched the sunset in the Punakaiki Melaleuca Stone Rock Scenic Area, arrived at the hotel later, the owner is still very warm to help us check in, and Draw a map of the hotel, let us go to dinner in time, it should be liked. Free parking, lots of parking spaces, very suitable for self-driving tour, cost-effective, it is recommended.

Arrived at the hotel a little bit late for the check-in, but the reception was very accommodating and still processed for us with a big smile and was very friendly! Rooms were very clean, complete with AC and heater, towels provided as well. Laundry avail for use (paid use only and hours apply) Beds were nice, great amenities! With full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and washing sink. Cooking utensils and pots pans avail too. Wasn't expecting much for a motel but this was actually a really great and comfortable stay! Short 2 to 5min drive to nearest supermarkets and petrol stations
