Because we are afraid of cold, we have already confirmed the electric blanket and the first floor when booking. We were still assigned to the second floor. Because there are elderly people who can't walk up the stairs, we were moved to the first floor. As a result, the electric blanket didn't work. Is it impossible for the whole hotel to adjust to electric blankets? They told us that the only way is to give you an extra mobile heater... This stay experience is the worst experience of our entire trip

Again, this is not the new place, and it new better times, but it is very clean and well maintained. I checked in pretty late, and room was already well heated, which is helpful in winter. Room has everything you’d expect from motel romm, but everything is pretty basic. Overall good place for short stay

there was no microwave, no tap in the kitchen, even they didn’t give us milk on 2nd day, no warm water in the bathroom, it was too cold or too hot, bed was not comfortable at all, i will no recommend to anyone.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. I was only there one night whilst passing through. I noted I could see the sea once outside. It had an open feeling despite being just off the main road I did not notice any noise

Pretty average motel, only lightly surface cleaned, corners of the room were dusty and dirty, however the bed was absolutely atrocious. The whole bed was slumped in and on a huge lean, springs digging into my sides, base was broken, it was the one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I have ever had. Please replace beds at some point, I am convinced they are older than I am. Pool was kept locked so pretty upsetting we weren’t able to use that as it was featured on the listing. Likely won’t stay again when we return to the coast. Thanks for having us.

This is the best hotel i have ever stay in newzealand . starting from check in-check out everything was perfect. Room was so well maintained and clean with all the amenities. food and drinks was amazing. The best part was beach is just walkable distance .
