The hotel is conveniently located. It is the tallest building in the town and is very close to the train station and the commercial street. The breakfast is simple but filling. The room is clean and sanitary, and the room is cleaned every day.

The hotel is in a great location which only few mins walking from train station and the Main Street of Greymouth. It’s clean and comfortable. The staffs are nice and friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, but for some reason the tap water in the hotel was not drinkable on the day we checked in. We couldn't even brush our teeth. We had to get water from the water dispenser downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient.
