plus: the room is cleaned every day without being asked, the bathroom is clean, the water heater works well, there are mukena and prayer mats in the room which is rare in hotels I have visited, soap etc. are complete, towels are always replaced, there is a mini fridge
minus: the lights are not bright enough, the air freshener is not very good

Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang

Room had everything we needed though more than 2 towels would be good. Hotel is conveniently connected to mall which made it easy for grocery shopping and dining. Pool didn’t seem very clean. Gym was basic but functional

A good location, away from city but in the city. A mall just next door makes it more convenient. Spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Check in staff (two ladies) was great, quick and efficient. Check out was breeze (one male staff). Sorry I didn't get their names but all have been friendly.
Requested for clothes iron within minutes it was delivered, very fast service.
Buffet breakfast was plenty to chose. Staff very attentive. Had a great morning.
