Very modern, nice, spacious and clean hotel. Everything that the hotel says it has, works great. The beds were comfy / we had wonderful sleeps. We stayed for 4 nights during the week, we did not take advantage of the breakfast as it`s Portland... so many other great options available to be had. The only negative thing we can say was the staff does not perform the room clean / refresh / new bathroom towels & toilet paper refill when the room was supposed to be cleaned. We left the door tag off on the 3rd day when we left for an adventure before 11 AM... My wife had to go to the front desk and request new towels and toilet paper later on that evening. When we checked out my wife mentioned it again and all she received was a "sorry about that"... In all of our years visiting hotels, this was a first for us... No 5 stars because of that...

Friendly staff, convenient location, free parking. Too expensive. Room shower and sink clogged. Live roach in room. Would not stay again nor recommend.

Staff was absolutely terrible. Front desk lady tried to scam me into joining their rewards program. She then proceded to copy my credit card info onto a post-it note. I called my credit card company and put a hold on all charges before I checked into my room. Room was dirty, sheets had not been changed, were stained and dirty, bathroom had hair in different places including the tub. Overall terrible experience, criminal staff, dirty and gross.

My wife and I recently stayed at the My Place Hotel - Portland East, OR location. This was actually the 2nd time we've stayed there. Both times have been incredibly good experiences. Chelsea, at the front desk, is an OUTSTANDING employee! She was so great, helping us with our special needs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The large kitchenette with full size refrigerators was very helpful too, as we were prestaging some groceries for a family get-together. I love staying here when I'm in the Portland area. Thanks Chelsea, for the great stay!

It was good. Everything seemed brand new. We had a lovely stay. It is any economy hotel so we weren’t expecting anything super fancy, but they had a spacious room, renovated bathroom and soft beds. They had a little kitchenette and easy to make food to buy at the front desk. We slept like logs and had oatmeal for breakfast in the morning. We were ready for more adventuring after our stay. It was perfect for what we needed.

The front desk staff and manager were very fun and easy to deal with during check in. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and good size, air conditioner worked great. It is in a quiet area even though it's along the freeway. My only complaint is they were out of bar soap for the bathroom sink but there was a shower soap dispenser in the shower and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, just fyi, there is no free breakfast and no dishes provided in the room kitchen. So come prepared. Otherwise, I will stay here again!

The hotel and room were very clean. Room was large and comfortable. It was an extremely good value, especially near a major holiday. They have a nice little store with some food, drinks, small items you might need. Only drawback might be some road noise if you’re a light sleeper. Once I got to sleep it didn’t wake me.

Area isn't the best, but not the worst. Can hear the planes from the airport and seemed like a lot of car racing or loud cars so can not sleep with the window open at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was updated and modern. Kitchen has literally no dishes or utensils or anything. Not sure why have a kitchen if there isn't even a spoon to use. Bed was adequately comfortable.
