酒店就在格勒諾布爾火車站西側，火車站出站可以直接走過去，幾分鐘就能走到。房間窗外可以看到山，很有意思。

Clean, well furnished hotel 1 mnt from grenoble train and bus station they have a luggage room for free the check in was really easy and fast the stuff was really helpful and professional i would of course recommend this hotel For anyone who have a quick visit to grenoble otherwise the apart will be the best option for long stay

Ottima la stanza e il parcheggio. Non altrettanto la colazione: era povera e poco gradevole. L'accoglienza è stata buona. La stanza nel complesso era gradevole, degna di una suite per un tre stelle. Unico aspetto negativo la colazione.

decent, basic, excellent response, sheltered garage, extrordinary staff, off area, a town transmogrified, the Novotel hard to read option, a town that is torn like King John. We had no breakfast, our travelling was swift

Let's start with the good; reception staff were friendly and helpful ( especially the lovely Rasha), location across from the train station was good and the cost was fairly reasonable. I'm guessing this hotel was built for the 1968 Olympics and has not been updated since. Felt very Eastern European cold war. Hard to find an outlet, let alone USB. Drab, dingy, outdated. Shower was cold, towels were practically threadbare. Bed has seen better days. Breakfast was understaffed. Had to cook your own eggs, squeeze your own juice and to help the harried staff we bussed our own dishes. We were next to the stairwell and could smell cigarettes when someone smoked there. Otherwise we smelled food from the restaurant and could hear lots of other guests. Dinner in the restaurant was pretty good. After walking around Grenoble maybe this is as good as it gets!

Pas la moindre âme qui vive dans cet hôtel lors de mon passage… Après m’être fait ouvrir la porte principale à distance suite à mon appel téléphonique, j’ai trouvé une enveloppe à mon nom sur le comptoir avec la clé de ma chambre. Une chambre propre et correcte avec une bonne literie et une salle de bains tout à fait convenable. Un petit plus assez rare dans cette catégorie d’hôtels : Canal Plus à la télé. Petit déjeuner et restaurant : on va oublier pour les raisons évoquées ci-dessus : il n’y avait personne … à part les clients ! Un hôtel de cette catégorie qui ne sert pas de p’tit déj : c’est plus que limite !

Je suis allé à l'hôtel Europol pour faire une halte sur mon trajet retour vers le nord et le moins que je puisse dire est que l'établissement allait au delà de ce que j'imaginais! L'accueil 5 étoiles de Rasha était tout simplement parfait: pour une première expérience en hôtellerie, on aurait dit qu'elle avait déjà beaucoup travaillée dans le milieu. Tous les standards étaient respectés et sa gentillesse et sa patience n'ont fait qu'améliorer l'expérience du check in. Continue comme ça et je suis persuadé que les plus beaux établissement t'ouvrirons leurs portes!!! La chambre était spacieuse, le lit extrêmement confortable et pour un natif du plat pays, la vue sur la montagne était magnifique. Merci à l'équipe du restaurant du soir et du petit déjeuner pour sa gentillesse et pour tous les sourires qui n'ont fait que m'aider à bien démarrer ma journée. Seul petit bémol dont j'ai parlé au check out: la pression du pommeau de douche était assez faiblarde mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. Ce genre de chose arrive même dans des palaces... Je reviendrai à coup sûr chez vous lors de mon prochain passage à Grenoble.

We booked a room here for one night. The day before our arrival we received an email telling; -the Hotel is closed but we can enter remotely by calling a telephone number???? The message is kong telling also that breakfast is served Sunday morning /however further down: -no breakfast -lunch or dinner is being served from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th July . Absolutely no info Why the do this ???? So we cancelled of course and found an open Hotel 😳

La déco de l’hôtel n’est pas de toute jeunesse. Les chambres sont correctes. C’est propre. Ce n’est pas un établissement extraordinaire mais cela convient tout à fait bonne un séjour pro. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bien fournis. Cela permet aussi de dîner le soir sans se déplacer.
