Hôtel très propre et accueil au top ! Petit supermarché et banque à proximité. J’avais fait une erreur dans la réservation (2 lits simples), on m’a gentiment arrangé en mettant un lit double. Chambre grande avec baignoire et petit bureau pour travailler. Petit bémol sur le fait qu’on ne puisse pas ouvrir les fenêtres.

Chambre non climatisée, 30 degrés dans la chambre et on met le client devant le fait accompli à 19h00, alors que le problème était connu. Changement de chambre pour une plus fraîche après avoir passer plus de 30 minutes à essayer d'obtenir quelque chose. Initialement la seule solution de l'hôtel était un ventilateur... car ils ne pouvaient rien faire d'autre. Nouvelle chambre, soit disant "privilège"... de la poussière, un sèche cheveu non fonctionnel, la pression d'eau très limite et la baignoire et l'évier qui s'écoulent très mal. Odeur de manque d'aération dans la chambre... et pour cause fenêtre condamnée. Pour un hôtel si cher, à fuir. Pour info, c'est la chambre 312, si vous souhaitez la rendre correcte...

Séjour extrêmement décevant, totalement indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. En pleine période de chaleur, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de climatisation, et aucun dispositif de remplacement n’a été proposé. La seule solution avancée par la réception a été… d’aller ailleurs ! Un manque total de professionnalisme et de considération pour les clients. La réception est médiocre, peu accueillante et peu efficace, avec un personnel manifestement dépassé ou indifférent. Dans la salle de bain : aucun des équipements attendus dans un 4 étoiles. Pas même les éléments de base. Au final, un rapport qualité/prix scandaleux, qui frôle l’arnaque. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement à tous les voyageurs en quête de confort et de service hôtelier digne de ce nom.

Hôtel récemment rénové, parfaitement situé à proximité du centre-ville très facilement accessible à pied, disposant d’un garage fermé ce qui est très appréciable dans une ville où la voiture n’est pas bien venue.Le personnel est courtois et très commerçant : un problème de climatisation a été aimablement réglé par une remise appréciable. Chambres confortables et silencieuses.
