Nice hotel but in need of some improvements
Positive things with this hotel
- great service and friendly personnel
- charming atmosphere
- nice restaurant
- large room and comfortable bed
Things they need to improve on
- no AC or ventilation in the rooms. It was VERY hot and difficult to sleep
- rooms need an upgrade, hotel is old
- clean windows in restaurant
I would stay here again but not in the summer without AC in the room

Comfortable and Quaint
It is a lovely hotel located outside the city. We especially enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where we had authentic German food. Our only concern was that it was hot outside and the room did not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and there was a beautiful breeze, but the flies kept coming in! I’d give the hotel 5 stars if they had screens on the windows.

This is a lovely little hotel, easy driving distance from Greifswald. It is clean and very quiet. Although the restaurant does not operate every night, it is of good quality. The manager spoke excellent English.

Ich habe immer Schlafprobleme, wenn ich ein Einzelzimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Bett bekomme. Das Hotel war über bucht und die sehr nette Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat mir Eine Suite zum Preis vom Doppelzimmer gegeben (98,- Euro inkl. Frühstück). Frühstück super, Lage sehr ruhig und im Grünen. Ich würde hier wieder einchecken (auch ohne Suite)
