Friendly staff - front desk, housekeeping, and dining room; clean room; comfortable bed; good Internet connection; and easy parking. The place is surrounded by many eating places. Convenient to get to. I stayed there three nights and it worked out very well. The breakfast items had all the usual items. I wish they had more variety of cold cereal and fruit (in addition to apples). The breakfast room was pleasant.

Pros : This Hotel offers one of the best values of hotels at which I have ever stayed. ($128.00) a night. Good, clean rooms with absolutely great showers. Comfortable beds. Check in was pleasant. Staff was charming. Hotel is only 11 minutes from GSP airport. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. There is a small outdoor pool. There are several fast food chains within sight of this hotel. Chili's which is directly across the busy road, has a very good bar. Cons : 1. The hotel is difficult to access from the busy road. However, there is a small road entrance to the rear of the hotel that can be accessed from S. Buncombe rd. 2. Someone, (possibly staff) has been feeding wild canada geese right directly in front of the main entrance. Consequently, there was multiple piles of goose feces that have to be carefully navigated in the car port where everyone unloads luggage. This should be investigated and listed as a reason for job termination if continued.

This hotel was a great choice. The rate was reasonable and it was only 5-7 minutes from our destination. Our room was comfortable and we were very satisfied with our stay. There were a few minor things that I or the young family members that traveled with me noticed that could be improved but would not keep us from staying here again: 1) the bathrooms have no fan, so there’s no relief from the steam that builds when you shower 2) shower has shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall; it’d be easy to add a body wash one as well… as an alternative to the traditional bar soap… also, it would be nice to make a “foot rest” in shower. I’m seeing a lot of hotels lately that have a little metal bar in a corner that gives you a place to rest foot for shaving. A one night stay- it may not matter as much. But most women would appreciate that if staying for a few days. 3) there weren’t really any “kid friendly” cereal options at breakfast. The dispensers looked like they had 2 filled with same type and one different. Our kiddos were hoping for a Cheerios or fruit loops or captain crunch… 4) the beds are comfortable but they are NOISY; every movement causes creaking which isn’t as restful As I said, these things are minor and we would stay here again despite these. These were just minor inconveniences that could be looked into.

Good review
It was clean. Room comfortable. Coffee machine, small refrigerator, microwave. All good and clean. A little confusing as to how to access off main road and re-enter but we figured it out. I would go there again.
