Nice and clean, the receptionist is really accommodating. The breakfast is really good

The entire place was under construction and only one side door was unlocked the concrete steps to the door had been removed none of the amenities were available. We woke up in the morning with a crew of 6 painters slamming a ladder up to the balcony and spraying paint on the balcony 10 ft from the bed. No privacy. It was 3 am when we arrived from a 6 hr drive in a blizzard. I complained to the hotel they were totally unwilling to refund my money for 2 nights paid in advance because we were there to go to a family funeral. Trip. Com was also unable and or unwilling to refund my money to my card to get another room. The room itself was clean and decent other than the plastic over the windows and 6 painters ladders fumes and a spray rig blasting paint fumes everywhere. They charged me full price for a building that should have been closed altogether inside and outside a complete commercial construction project. I am completely disgusted with trip. Com as well as Marriot Denver Tech center and until I am refunded the money or comped a decent hotel room by both businesses I will never use trip.com or Marriot anywhere ever again.

Hotel was undergoing renovations but overall I enjoyed my stay. My room didn't have a bathtub but was very nice and clean.

They don't even have a microwave and when I asked the front desk they refused to accommodate me.. I wanted a bathtub to relax in but they would not move me smh I'm disappointed at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service they have here.

This is a fantastic hotel, especially for the price. 1) great service at front desk, and breakfast/coffee/drink bars 2) newly renovated - rooms & gyms were very well appointed and modern 3) convenient location with semi-walking distances to a Target if needed

This place is joke. I booked my room through ******* for $137. Then when I get there and check in, they tell me that they’re running my card for the hundred dollars deposit and ended up charging me an additional 238$. After speaking with the front desk, they told me that there is nothing that they can do and cannot refund my money. Find somewhere else to stay.

No clock in the room. No spare blanket. No free breakfast (despite paying $134/night). No room service. Small room. When I arrived, the way I was directed to my room caused a walk around 80% of the hotel. Perhaps this was to give access to the small elevator at around the 50% point? I'd rather have taken the stairs and walked just the 20%. On the other hand, the staff were quite nice.
