First room we received had not been cleaned. We walked down to the desk to get another room. Second room, we stayed in but the AC unit sounded like a generator running. It was a huge bang when it came on every 45 minutes to an hour and then it would run so loud for 10 minutes. Stayed in this hotel years ago and it was a much better experience. It seems like they are not keeping up with it. Needless to say, we got no sleep. The breakfast was super yummy and the staff were nice.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn Suites at the mall in Greenwood, SC. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, which made arrival easy and convenient.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice touch each morning. I enjoyed the turkey sausage, biscuits, and egg white omelet. While the pancake/waffle maker was unfortunately out of order during my visit, the overall selection was still satisfying.
All in all, my stay was great, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.

At Least There Was 1 Bed
The type of room reserved was not the type given. When this was question, we were told that was all they had left. Nothing was mentioned prior to us taking our luggage upstairs to the room. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with 1 king bed and a couch. Unacceptable!!
