Fairfield Inn & Suites Greenwood

the clerk at the check in desk seems always bothered to help you. she stares and repeats the same sentence when you are in doubt, that kind of thing. Other staff is nice, but i'm avoiding the check in desk if I can. That happened in June and now in October again

We stayed here for only one night, but we were pleased with the stay. The front desk staff and breakfast staff we interacted with were friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast options were plentiful and good.

We have stayed at this hotel every other year for at least a decade and it has yet to disappoint. Noting fancy but the location is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and the breakfast good. Being a Marriot snob this property does the chain proud.

We stayed two nights on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has a very nice lobby with a decent-size business area and an interesting historical display about the name "Fairfield." The staff was professional, and the hotel is centrally located for exploring the area. Overall, it was perfect for a weekend getaway.

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would not hesistate to stay here again if I'm in the area. Check in was quick and smooth as was check out. I did use the laundry facilities here and it was fine. They have one washer and one dryer. I would have given the property a "5", but each time I used the front door, I encountered smokers. It probably would have been OK if it was just cigarette smoke, but there were a few people smoking cigars and pipes, so the whole area was stinky. They were even smoking cigars and pipes at 8AM.
