Great check in experience, wonderfully received even though I came in late at night. Would enjoy returning to this establishment. Thank the front desk for me for their support in making it a special stay.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Upon arrival our room 301 was completely dirty. Floors had not been cleaned and there were several dirty towels on the bathroom floor accented by finger nail clippings and hair balls. Upon approaching the desk staff who was completely helpless as NO manager was on site, they said they could do nothing about it until morning. When I approached the morning staff and asked for the manager, again, no manager on site. He called someone twice on his cell phone and the explained to the manager or owner that we would like to check out early and requested a refund. We were told NO REFUND for a night we didn’t even use. Place is generally dirty, the elevator barely works etc…

Everything was wonderful, the friendly staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the relaxing bar and restaurant areas and the location. I would absolutely choose to stay here again over a chain hotel when staying in Greenwood. The only downfall was that I could not stay longer.

Great location and friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Only negative was that the reading light built into the bed would not go off unless I held it down and the outlet on the nightstand didn’t work. I’m sure they’ll take care of it. Things wear out.

This hotel was an excellent find and affordable. The checkin and checkout process was very efficient and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The maid service was daily with a sheet changing midweek. The hotel has a restaurant on site. Many restaurants of all kinds in the area.
