The hotel is clean and hygienic. The water supply was stopped from 10pm on the night we checked in to 12am the next morning. Fortunately, the hotel front desk had notified us in advance. Otherwise, we would have no water to use when we got up at 3 a.m. to catch a flight the next morning.

What a disappointment! I’m writing this review at 11:55 pm. Like another reviewer, we too are on the 7 th floor underneath the rooftop bar. The chairs being dragged across the floor non stop is awful. The front desk said sorry but it is a bar and it is Saturday night. How can a major hotel chain not correct this situation? We are silver elite rewards members and have never had such a bad experience at at Marriott property. Never again….
