The hotel is in a convenient location and was clean but not a $300 per night hotel. The hotel has a modern vibe, check-in was on the 4th floor and they seem to cater to people traveling with dogs. We were woken up each night from dogs barking on our floor and during the day, barking was still heard. Unfortunately, we were in a room next to the gym so each morning we were awakened early by a guy running on the treadmill. There is a nice bar in the hotel and Brandon, the bartender, is the best thing about the hotel. For a Marriott hotel, it was disappointing.

If it was $190 a night or less then ok, but for well over $300 a nights it’s not good enough. Parking is very confusing (what level to be in) but it is only $7 a night. Rooms are very basic and the configuration is choppy. A loft have a young retro feel - for me there’s too many pets, breakfast is odd and takes forever and it lacks comfort.

This hotel checks all the boxes but its ability to be somewhat sound proof. Perfect location, clean, great decor, good customer service but that’s it. This hotel is paper thin. I woke up in a panic 3 times due to the emergency systems driving by. You would have thought I was sleeping in the middle of the street but I am on the 10th floor, which sits on top of a 6 floor parking deck. I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful stay and a good night sleep. Even the babies running the halls seem to have microphones attached to their vocal cord. After a long day of working and traveling this was not the quick getaway I had planned for… more like a nightmare on Lauren Street. And to drive the nail further in the coffin, I am beyond sleep deprived at this point and I have the jitters from the last emergency system that drove by over 30 minutes ago. It’s 8:50am, I can’t go back to sleep and I arrived at 3am. This is a nice hotel but you been warned

Great option downtown Greenville
Very contemporary property with excellent lobby, including mini market, free, coffee, pool and large amount of sitting area. Great views from the upper floor. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Excellent location close to peace center and Main Street with alleyway to several restaurants.

We really enjoyed how dog friendly the hotel was. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs to the bar, get a cocktail, and play a game of pool. I wish there was still a dog run in the hotel though.

Great location within walking distance of lots of nice shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, lobby and bar area were well designed and staff was so friendly. Will stay here again if ever in the area.
