Front Desk welcomed us, thanked us for our Hyatt loyalty status and provided us with loyalty benefits and all the information we needed to know. Check in was efficient and the room was clean upon arrival, with everything working properly, clean white, fluffy towels, a quiet room and strong wi-fi. The hotel is well located - for shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We've stayed here previously and would stay here again. Breakfast is standard Hyatt Place. Seasonal pool is outdoors. Gym has a Peloton and other good quality equipment.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was a typical Hyatt place but from the housekeeping to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly.

Great shower , comfy bed , great breakfast , clean room . Good location , good value , comfortable lobby and public areas . Front desk staff tend to be condescending and dismissive. They obviously do not want their serenity disturbed by some pesky customers ! Forget light bulb requests after 5 pm because “maintenance has gone home !” Could be a great place to stay with a little bit of hospitality.

Overall good experience. The room was fine and looked newly updated. The breakfast was as usual and was being attended to. Location is great, less than 10 minutes to Bon Secours Arena.

Friendly staff plus a uick and easy check in process made this visit enjoyable. We told front desk ot was our first time in the area and she gave us some great places to visit amd a wo derdul dinner recommendation.

Housekeeping is not up to standard. They didn't clean my room good at all. Poor service for a Hyatt Place, this was one of my worst experiences with housekeeping. But the rest was good.
