Checked in online so when we arrived was fast & easy. Staff was great , room was nice with all amenities. Complementary breakfast & shuttle was great. Disappointed in the outdoor pool size. Much smaller than pics. Not counting the inside pool steps approximately 12x12. Also an establishment this size should have well trained bartenders. We ate at the restaurant & ordered 2 simple drinks. Amaretto sour & Long Island tea & the lady shook both drinks. Then we noticed she was shaking every mixed drink. Both drinks looked the same yellow color and we're extremely sour. Tasted no alcohol. She was nice but we didn't bother to have her remake after watching her mix others. Went to local package store & purchased stuff to mix our own .

Very nice Hotel would highly recommend. The only negative if you’re staying more than a day they only clean rooms every other day. If more towels needed you will have to call front desk. Other than this it’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to restaurants attractions in downtown Greenville

Loud as heck AC! We asked to move from our first room because not only was it crazy loud (had to turn on subtitles), but it wouldn't cycle off if temp was turned up. So they moved us next door and it was 100% the same. Now I'm reading comments for years about loud AC.... Also, was told valet was $20/day but billed $28/day. Will talk to mgmt when we leave! Otherwise, it's super nice, newly renovated, safe, spacious.

This was centrally located and easily walkable to restaurants. The hotel is beautiful!! Breakfast was fantastic with full hot breakfast available.
