This place is great, we stayed here for several weeks while we were house shopping. The staff is great, Mark at the front desk, Israel is great too. Every single morning Summer does a great job with breakfast and always has a smile on her face! She always brightens our day.

We spent three nights four days. I asked they clean the room each morning we left and it never happened so each night I had to go get towels and washcloths. The bathtub was falling apart, Junk.

Fabulous staff and comfortable stay
From check in to check out the staff was wonderful. Everyone had smiles on their faces, asked if we needed anything, or just waved and nodded. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel was clean and made you feel right at home.
The only negative would be that it is a bit outdated and needed repairs here and there, however the man at the front desk mentioned he couldn’t wait for the renovations that would be occurring at the end of this year. So I am sure that won’t be an issue in the future. The price was better than any hotels around, and for the amenities and kitchen/living room and room size, I well felt it was worth every penny and then some. We will definitely stay there again for future visitors to the area.

Not focused on customer experience
No internet. Spent 20 minutes with tech support (why is this on me to do), all to no avail. Coffee machine in room didn't work. Coffee in lobby a couple times cold, or empty. My room was missing furnishings, friends room was found with full garbage can, no hand soap. Too many things wrong...
The guy working breakfast area was excellent. Ladies behind front desk were good as well.

Short day trip
I decided to head to Greenville for a day so I booked a room at this hotel. To make a long story short everything met my expectations. The room was ready when I arrived and the staff were very friendly during my stay. The front desk ladies, one of them named Shelly, the housekeepers, and the breakfast attendant were all kind and cordial during my stay. If the staff here keep acting the way they do then I highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs a place to stay

UNDER Construction.
I wish I knew there was Major construction going on BEFORE I booked. I routinely stay in Residence Inn's from the Midwest to the East coast, because of their excellent everything. Just to be clear, the construction noise from approx 8am to 10pm is my only complaint.
