This hotel was truly impressive! It was very clean, the rooms were spacious and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic ,close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, which made everything super convenient. What really stood out was the integrity and kindness of the staff, especially the front desk attendants. I accidentally left an unopened birthday card from my husband (which included a gift card) behind. Since we don’t live nearby, I wasn’t able to return. To my surprise, the staff found it and personally mailed it back to me with everything intact. I was so touched by their honesty and effort. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Hampton Inn, for going above and beyond!

The hotel has valet but you can self park. Its a city deck. Don’t back in parking spots apparently you can get a $15 ticket for backing in. The hotel was nice & clean. The front desk people were welcoming & nice. Breakfast was your typical hampton inn breakfast

Do not valet park at this hotel! They put my car in a vacant dirt lot. I only found out when I saw it from our dinner location. When I contacted hotel they said that is their valet lot! So pay more to have your car in a dirt field than the covered garages attached to the hotel. The hotel felt this was completely acceptable.

Stayed at this hotel for a recent girls trip. We all loved the hotel. The location is wonderful, a lot of the site were super walkable. The included breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel and I plan to choose this hotel again next time I visit. We did the self park option which was very convenient to the hotel location.

Beautiful place especially downtown. The mall is good too the big one the Haywood mall they had everything I needed in there. The Riverwalk is good downtown. I hope to stay downtown when I revisit and there’s some trails. I would like to go on and I wasn’t able to get on this time.

The location is superb -- right on the river and a 2 minute walk to Reedy Falls and nearby restaurants. The room was in the corner with windows on 2 sides giving it a good amount of space and a bit of a view. The walk-in shower was big and clean. I'd stay here again.

Good trip to Greenville. Very noisy in hotel. Alot of doors slammed and yelling in hallways by employees. So rude. Cold in lobby one day and hot the next. Not much info to visitors about parking.
