Erryn at the reception is very friendly and accommodating. She was able to help and answer all of our questions. I wish they just had a rollaway bed for my God daughter but everything was great for us. Thank you Erryn for making our stay wonderful. And for Dalan who served us in Ruth Chris! He was excellent! He handled everything smoothly and even gave a toy for Tash. Thank you both so much for our experience! Keep up the great work!

Perfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

Carpet was old and stained. Fixtures were unwiped. Beds were great..firm. Overpriced, I will not stay here again.

A very impressive looking facility. A somewhat uncharacteristic type of people at reception. They were not very well trained and somewhat distracted and unfocused, but helpful. Brooke was awesome and very compassionate towards helping me get checked in by 5 pm. The gym was extremely dirty. The rooms rundown. There was a recent hurricane "Helene" that had them 100% full and busy, but quest care and quality service should be their business. Maybe on a different ocasión, I would have had a different experience. All in all it was a decent stay.

Wonderful staff, great hotel. Ella was an amazing shuttle driver, Breslyn at the front desk was so great, nice staff at breakfast, Brooklyn was also nice. Had never stayed there before and I will stay there again! Easy to access and plenty of parking. restaurant in the hotel and walking distance was a plus.

I had to stay at this hotel with my daughter for a stay to play soccer tournament. The weekend we stayed the temperatures were in the mid 90's. We had a later game on Sunday and I requested an extra hour for check out. I was told by the staff I could not have any extra time and had to vacate the room immediately. When I complained about the staff not being willing to work with us when we did not have anywhere else to go while our kids waited for their game, I was told by the staff "I just did not understand how my requesting a late checkout affected other people." I highly doubt this gross hotel was fully booked on a Sunday night such that my room was needed and even if it was I only needed an extra hour so I did not have to make my child wait in the heat before her game. You would think given the number of rooms booked by soccer families the hotel staff would want to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We have to return to Greenville in 3 weeks for more games and I will not be booking this hotel and neither will anyone else on my team. We very easily could have rebooked an additional 18 rooms for 2 more nights in September and will not be returning. There was also a gross moisture problem in the room. The bedding felt damp when I woke up and when I went to put my shoes on in the morning, they were damp as well. So gross. There so many other hotels in the area, I would not stay here.
