Although the hotel has been around for decades, it has been renovated according to the old style, so the hardware and interior decoration are both clean and Marriott, but also have the nostalgic atmosphere of old hotels in Europe or New York. "The snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside."

"The room was very satisfied, the breakfast was satisfactory, but the service was not satisfied. I made a mistake in my order several times. I paid online. After arriving at the store, I should have to pay a deposit, but the front desk asked me to pay the room fee. I said that I had already paid online. When they said that they had to pay so much, Later, I paid, and finally gave me a repeat deduction, complained to their manager where, and then returned it to me, the key is to wait a long time to deal with it."

GGuest UserWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

GGuest UserNice, new-ish hotel about two blocks from the Falls at Reedy Creek trail and directly across the street of the minor league baseball stadium. About five blocks from the main shopping district downtown; an easy stroll. We had a top floor room (8th floor) and was pretty quite overall. You can still hear traffic noise even that high up. The hotel was very clean and well managed. I liked the onsite parking garage included with the room. Don't know if I'll ever get used to paying $300 or so a night for any hotel, but it is what it is. And at least it has a kitchenette. Breakfast was much improved from the time I was there during COVID, which was nothing more than a granola bar and water. I would definitely stay again, even with the price.

GGuest UserThe staff was friendly they even let us check in an hour early. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was not so the tub was very dingy, had a patchy spot in the tub, and the door knob looked like they hurried up and replaced them before we got there cause one knob was silver and the other was gold. I was very shocked at my experience with holiday inn Express because I always book with them wherever I travel and this is the first one I ever was disappointed with.

GGuest UserWe got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again.

But mostly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that you can hear it even with the bathroom door closed. When I called all I was told was close the bathroom door; Room 524. Otherwise, it's a great place for the night.

MMONICA BOOTHHotel isnt worth da money👌because dey dnt even have mirowaves in it you have to literally request it❗❗❗besides all dis dam money for dese rooms and you have to pay for breakfast smh $15 a person ain't no way when you can go to fa golf resorts on verdae and spend less and get free breakfast and swimming area in or out side❗❗and you can barley sleep for da damm house keepers are aggy dey comes to your room way before check out tyme and a right after da tyme has come to check out❗nowww da beds are very comfy and floors be half away clean da house keepers should take more tyme cleaning dese rooms but location was a plus and quiteness was a plus to❗to be honest all folks is paying for is da name HILTON dats it❗anything over hundred dollars should include microwave,refrigerator,breakfast and etc and i know you get wat you put in❗im really disappointed at dis hotel and wouldnt recommend it to no one to be honest❗

LLeashley EllisPerfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!
