Most people who come here are on business trips to Michelin. The hotel is very old and was built in the 1980s. Breakfast is a la carte + buffet. In general, the room is small and the facilities are relatively old. But the waiters are quite nice. Considering the price, it is actually acceptable.

This was our second stay at the Greenville Marriott this month! Tamika from the front desk has been wonderful throughout the booking process, and giving us the rooms that we requested! We received excellent service from Jennifer while enjoying cocktails and dining at the Artisan restaurant at the hotel! Jennifer makes fantastic drinks, and serves them up with a smile! We look forward to coming back to this wonderful establishment!

The Marriott Greenville is not cheap -- our one night was $250 -- but rooms are good. Restaurant has great food. I'm not a chicken wing fan but loved theirs. Kudos to Tamara, the restaurant manager, for service above and beyond. One thing: check your bill: this Marriott added $94 in charges unrelated to the room or the restaurant. When I asked management to explain, and showed them the charge, they said they had "no clue, because that charge is not in our system." Hoping this Pending charge gets scrubbed. If you don't want to spend $250, there's a Marriott Courtyard across the street.

Check-in, flawless, incredibly professional and welcoming, like showing up a friend’s home after a long absence! Both Temika Leake and Nico Piccicilli could teach Customer Service they were that good! We are experienced travelers and I don’t praise lightly, they are that good! Another shout-out to Warren Bolos, he graciously brought me to the Public, waited while I shopped brought me back to the hotel, didn’t stop there but carried my bags to the room!! He insisted!! Incredible! I’m from the Olympic town of Lake Placid, New York, where Customer Service is king! If it were within my power, these three are awarded the Gold Medal for their skills.

This hotel is in a great location right off the highway and near several company headquarters. Michelin being one of them. The outdoor space is fantastic, especially the pool and the areas surrounding it. The staff and service was outstanding. However, the hotel is in need of some major upgrades. It seems like I went back in time to the 90s. The elevators were outdated and slow. The gym was the smallest gym I have ever seen for a full-service Marriott. The rooms are old with beat up furniture and tiny dark bathrooms. The air-conditioning was barely working, and airflow was non-existent.
