Easy and convenient to hospital and university. The outdoor fireplace is a plus and breakfast was great. Staff are efficient and helpful and courteous. Checking in was a breeze and rooms were comfortable and clean. Not sure what else one could say.

Hole in ceiling mildew smell in the lobby . Hair in bed food in trash can how is that a cleaned room . When I come back to Greenville I will not be staying at the Courtyard . Restaurant breakfast was small but ok .the staff at front desk not friendly but the restaurant staff was .

Stayed here while visiting my Mom at the ECU Medical Hospital. Clean and quiet. I was solo and never had a worry about safety. I had a room on the ground. Would definitely stay again if needed a room due to family sickness. I did not have a reservation and did not experience any issues with arriving late.

My family and I arrived at this hotel late last Sunday night as we had all traveled from across the country last minute to come see my dad who had a stroke and was taken to ECU’s hospital. While not a super fancy hotel, the staff made our stay exceptional. They went out of their way on numerous occasions to accommodate us all. From the front desk folks to the ladies working in the cafe, the level of care that they put into all of our interactions was unmatched. Sadly, my father passed away 2 days after we arrived, but I will always be grateful to this hotel for giving us a safe, clean space to rest and grieve in.

I reaa review that this Courtyard had no hot water for shower, being an optimistic person I thought that this was a mistake. Oooh NO! The water was luke warm, not enjoyable! We complained, they promised to fix it, but no, It was not fixed! The toilet leaked and occasionally would not flush. They gave us a discount and extra points to no avail. This facility did not live up to the Marriott values and standards. Unhappy traveler

This hotel has absolutely everything you could need. We stayed here as one of the host hotels for our family reunion and it did not disappoint. We had access to a huge conference room that we used for our family breakfast, and an outdoor grill to cookout later that afternoon

When I arrived my room was not ready, and I was told it would be 15 minutes. It took the front desk 40 solid minutes to figure out how to check me in. Even after providing my DL, they addressed me by 2 different last names, neither of which was mine. I maintained a level of patience, never raised my voice, and said I would go eat and come back. I finally had a room! They did offer me a free snack and complimentary breakfast the following morning. The restaurant was out of two items I wanted, however, they did make a packed cobb salad. No hot water in the bathroom sink. A tiny and very bright light above the closet stayed on at all times and was bothersome at night. Road noise at all times. Reasonably clean. This would not be my 1st choice on my next visit.

Get a suite. They always give me one (for some reason) and they have LOTS of space. Not a lot of dining choices within walking distance. The Seahorse restaurant is less than a half mile away. There's also two sub shops less than a mile away.
